Most of the New Haven County Bar Association’s programs and activities are planned and implemented by its members through committee work. The NHCBA’s 22 committees accommodate a wide range of member interests. Committee participation is free and is open to all members of the association.
Addresses issues relating to consumer and business bankruptcy with a particular emphasis on the rules and procedures of the New Haven Bankruptcy Court.
