Newsletter Committee

The NHCBA publishes a quarterly newsletter, Marble Columns, which has been in publication since 19.  Marble Columns highlights bar activities, members, news from the New Haven area courts, and other features to entertain and inform readers; it is emphatically not a law review or even a substantive update for practitioners. Rather, Marble Columns serves as the social clearinghouse of our bar, and strives to reflect its informal, social, and friendly nature—with lots of photographs. The NHCBA features a popular column, "The Brief Case”, wherein members are congratulated for and notified of a wide range of events including awards, marriages, births, publications, new positions, new firms, and other like miscellany. Anything that could be of interest to our members is considered for publication by the editor.
