In December, 2014, e-filing in newly-filed family matters became available for the following case types: dissolution of marriage (F00), legal separation (F10), annulment (F20) and civil union - dissolution, legal separation and annulment (F50).   When e-filing in civil cases became mandatory, the Judicial Branch assisted the civil bar and legal support staff in familiarizing themselves with e-filing in civil cases, through training sessions, materials on the Internet, and periodic email updates.  Now that e-filing has come to family matters, the Branch is providing similar support to the family bar and legal support staff.

Please see the notice regarding the correct procedure to use in filing of financial affidavits and multiple motions in e-filable family cases.
