E-filing in Family Cases

In December, 2014, e-filing in newly-filed family matters became available for the following case types: dissolution of marriage (F00), legal separation (F10), annulment (F20) and civil union - dissolution, legal separation and annulment (F50). E-filing is mandatory for attorneys and optional for self-represented parties.

Attorneys, legal support staff, and the public are invited to come for a presentation on e-filing in family cases, including case initiation and filing of other motions, pleadings and documents.

A question and answer period will follow the training session.
