The NHCBA's Real Estate Committee maintains the residential real estate closing customs for New Haven County. The materials are available at no charge. They can be downloaded via PDF file from this website (see below), or else call the NHCBA at 562-9652 to have them faxed or mailed to you.

The NHCBA does not have a current pictorial directory. The 2001-2002 directory is available at no charge to members. A $5.00 shipping fee applies to have it mailed.
The NHCBA Real Estate committee has produced a notebook that reviews the three stages of a residential closing: Pre-Closing, Closing and Post-Closing. Materials included in the notebook are sample letters and forms, the Closing Customs, helpful tips and telephone numbers. The updated 2006 Forms Notebook is available for purchase: cost is $75 for members, $125 non-members.
